Dedicated to helping healthcare organizations achieve their operational and financial goals, Shanda is known for creating customized solutions for her clients that are rooted in rigorous data analytics. Her experience managing physician compensation arrangements and performance improvement initiatives has afforded her valuable insight into the strategic benefits associated with aligning provider and organizational interests amid an ever-evolving regulatory environment.

Before joining ECG, Shanda worked as a physician compensation project manager at Baptist Health, where she oversaw the contracting and management of total cash compensation arrangements for the more than 300 physicians employed by the system’s multispecialty medical group. In order to ensure the group’s compensation structures remained competitive, equitable, and fiscally responsible, Shanda conducted comprehensive national and regional market data assessments, calculated incentive pay components, and designed provider- and specialty-specific WRVU production dashboards. Prior to her work in physician compensation, Shanda led accreditation and compliance activities for Baptist Health’s 30+ outpatient urgent care and diagnostic imaging centers.
