Bachelor of Science in Biology

I enjoy working in healthcare because I love to solve problems that positively impact people. My work at ECG allows me an opportunity to develop thoughtful solutions that get results and still put people first. Patients, providers, and staff: we’re all in this together.

Robert is an experienced revenue cycle professional who specializes in full-scale process improvement in multi-facility academic medical centers (AMCs). A creative communicator and a dedicated change agent, Robert creates synergy between revenue cycle, operations, and finance teams and stakeholders by using data to highlight opportunities and develop future-state strategies.

Prior to joining ECG, Robert worked as the director of revenue cycle for the orthopedics practice at Mount Sinai Health System and developed a detailed accounts receivable (A/R) strategy. With-in several months of initiation, the strategy led to increased monthly cash collections of $1 million through targeted A/R acceleration and resolution of $66 million in aged A/R of greater than two years. Additionally, Robert was assistant director of patient financial services for the Emory Clinic. He managed coding resources for multiple specialties, partnered with finance to quantify the effects of revenue cycle drivers on financial statements, and worked with administration to initiate new service lines and protect revenue. Before focusing on professional fee revenue cycle, Robert started his career in hospital revenue cycle consulting at Navigant and PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in front-end operations.
