About the SurveyECG’s pediatric survey focuses on provider performance trends, including compensation, production, and benefits by specialty, compensation plan design and metrics, recruiting efforts and signing bonuses, CPT code physician profiling, and many other key performance metrics. The 2019 ECG survey included data from 50 pediatric physician specialties and 6 types of pediatric advanced practice providers, representing nearly 11,000 pediatric providers. Together, this data contributed to produce our most comprehensive study to date.
