The Building Blocks of Value: A Framework for Prevailing Value-Based Enterprises

Transformational change in healthcare is no longer a purely theoretical notion or distant possibility: it is here, and participation is not an option as fundamental shifts in reimbursement models and incentive structures usher in the era of value.
